One address, answered by a person.
What to write to us about
- A refund. The refund policy is at /refund-policy. If you are asking for one, put that in the subject line and include the email address you paid with — the payment record is keyed to it.
- The report did not unlock. Tell us the email you paid with and roughly when. We can look up the payment and unlock it.
- Something in the calculation looks wrong. Include your birth date, time and city exactly as you entered them, plus what you expected. The engine is published and testable, so a specific case is something we can actually check.
- Delete my data. The calculation runs in your browser and your birth details never reach us, so there is usually nothing on our side to delete. If you want the record of a purchase removed, say so and we will confirm what was removed.
- Press, partnerships or corrections. The same address works.
What we cannot help with
WuWay is a tool for reflection, not a service that gives advice. We cannot tell you what a reading means for a decision you are facing — health, money, relationships or anything else. That is not evasion; it is the limit of what this system is, and it is the same limit stated in the Terms.
Who you are writing to
WuWay is run by one person. There is no support team and no ticket system — your email arrives in an ordinary inbox and is read there. See About for who that is.
If you are writing about a purchase
Please include:
- the email address used at checkout;
- the approximate date and time of the payment;
- the payment method — PayPal, or card.
Those three are enough to find the transaction without you sending anything sensitive. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or identity documents — we will never ask for them.
