Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WuWay and anything you buy from it. By using the site or completing a purchase you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. What WuWay is

WuWay is a self-reflection tool built on the traditional Chinese Five Elements (Wu Xing) system. It reads a Five Elements profile from the birth details you enter and presents it as a written report.

It is cultural and educational content, not a prediction and not advice. It is not a medical, psychological, financial or legal service, and it should not be used to make decisions in those areas. See section 6.

2. Your data

There are no accounts. Everything you enter is processed in your own browser. We do not receive your birth date, time or city, and we cannot recover a report for you if you clear your browser storage. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.

3. What you are buying

The Blueprint Report is a one-off digital product. It is generated for you and displayed in your browser, and access is tied to the device and order reference that made the purchase. There is no physical item and nothing is shipped.

Element Match is a separate one-off digital product comparing two sets of birth details.

The price of each product is the price shown on the checkout page at the moment you pay. Prices may change, but a change never affects a purchase you have already completed.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your card or PayPal credentials. Your purchase is complete when the payment provider confirms it to us.

5. Delivery and refunds

Delivery is immediate. As soon as payment is confirmed, the report is unlocked on your device. Because access is granted instantly and the content cannot be returned, sales are final once delivered.

6. Not professional advice

WuWay describes traditional cultural concepts. It does not diagnose, treat or predict anything, and it is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

If you have a health concern, consult a licensed healthcare provider. If you have a financial, legal or psychological concern, consult an appropriately qualified professional. Do not delay seeking professional advice because of anything you have read here.

7. Acceptable use

You may use WuWay for your own personal, non-commercial reflection. You may not:

• copy, resell, redistribute or republish the report or the underlying calculations;
• scrape the site, or use it to build a competing dataset or product;
• attempt to bypass payment, or obtain a report without paying for it;
• use the site unlawfully, or in a way that interferes with other people’s use of it.

8. Intellectual property

The site, the calculation engine, the written content and the report format belong to WuWay. Your purchase buys you a personal licence to read and keep your own report. It does not transfer ownership or grant any right to reproduce the work.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it. If we withdraw a product you have already paid for, we will make sure you can still access what you bought, or refund you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, WuWay is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on a report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you use the site. Material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date above.
